Annita and I wish to thank you for the construction of our new home. We approached four separate building companies with our design plan and could not believe the difficulties we faced. After two months of frustration we nearly gave up on building our plan designed home when I was given Peters number. I cannot emphasize enough how smooth the whole building experience has been with Peter and Tracey. I highly recommend anyone wanting to build with Path Developments. Peter and his sub contractors were spot on with every stage throughout the construction, Peter has a very clear and concise system that allowed us to change things throughout the construction phase and with Peters experience the recommended changes only further enhanced the end results. I believe it would be difficult to find another builder that can put a package together when it comes to value, quality products and an eye for detail.
