Path Developments Pty Ltd is a private company that has been registered for seven years.  In this time, we have contracted to major builders and currently concentrate predominantly on providing clients with quality homes throughout South East Queensland.

The founder and director of Path Developments Pty Ltd, Peter Luckmann, has an extensive background knowledge in all facets of construction.  Not only is Peter a Licensed Builder but he has also fulfilled numerous roles within his 20 years experience in the building industry. 

Peter is a qualified carpenter and joiner and some of the positions he has held with major building companies include: Senior Estimator, Qld Purchasing Officer, Sales Manager, Supervisor, Construction Manager and Company Director. 

The experience gained from all aspects of these positions are a testimony to Peter's extensive knowledge, providing a solid base for the Path Developments future and continued growth.
